Surprisingly good band.

 Newport mansions.

Quite frankly, Winter is shocked at the opulence of the Gilded Age. 

Salve Regina University is about 100 yards from the mansions and the water.  

Wasting Spending a lifetime's worth of savings on a college education in the middle of Baltimore and not here: priceless.
